Salamence used to run Fire Blast on its sets back in BW and would most definitely put it back on it's sets if it was super effective on Fairies.
Mega-Altaria already runs Fire Blast and would cream itself if they were effective vs Fairies.
Dragonite occasionally(not often) runs Fire Punch.
