>>40282511As someone that actually really loves both Cyber Sleuth games, please do not oversell their production values. While yes, each 'mon has one or two signature moves that have unique animations that are well done, those same animations are reused from other games, and the games content is in general extremely heavily reused, especially locations.
The vast majority of your time in both games, totaling about 120 hours, is spent in either Nakano Broadway, that one small city segment with the crossroads, Kowloon, or floating glass platform dungeons.
They're great games and I highly recommend them to any Pokemon fan that would like something different due to their long term fan knowledge of Pokemon making Pokemon never feel "new". I enjoyed both Cyber Sleuth games with that mentality going in.
Anyone expecting a game that shit's on the production values of GF will be immensely disappointed however. If anything, the CS games show that GF absolutely are using the budget they have.
