Hey /vp/, I think I've figured out a way to inject hacked 'mons into SwSh without getting banned
What you'll need:
>two switches, one of which is able to run homebrew and another that can go online
>two copies of SwSh (you can pirate one of the copies on the hacked switch)
The process
>dump your save from the hacked switch
>inject whatever mons you want using pkhex
>inject your edited save back into the hacked switch
>trade the injected pokémon locally from your hacked switch to the clean switch
And voila, Nintendo can't ban you since they couldn't detect your save being edited
