>>41084614Im buying Shield, but i recognize it as having very bad decisions but i saw some stuff that interested me and considering the double pack is Sold Out on my store of choice im confident the me buying or not buying wouldn't change shit, the thing that actually matters is the outrage AFTER those uninformed people buy the game and get "burned" and pull a Wii>WiiU level of abandonment of the next game
even if GF learned their lesson and it was the best game in the series. because in my experience that is how it tends to work, Good Thing exists get increasingly worse, sells due uninformed people associating the brand with Good failing to notice (under the hood) changes, Catastrophic Thing happens and uninformed people get personally burned on the Brand, goes for other Brand they heard Good Things about in the future and the cycle repeats, attempting to inform people is good and all but there will always be masses of people who don't pay attention, and in this case that is honestly justified because Pokémon is "just" a Video Game and not something actually life or death.
