Idk if it was discussed already but i just found out about a controversy only Japan (and probably South Korea?) is concerned about. They’re using the #GameFreakLied to talk about how the japanese and english sites list Bea as a ‘Galarian Karate master’ but on the korean one she’s a ‘Galarian Taekwondo master’, probably to hide the fact they indeed intended to make her a taekwondo master, even making her shake hands like koreans usually do, to avoid backlash from alt-right japanese. So, there are some japanese fans already cancelling their preorders or changing it for Shield because of that sole handshake lol
And i thought we were too petty but this is hilarious. You’re praising Japan for having the best shitpost but their worst concern is about a fucking handshake and not actual video game stuff that matters.
