Def lowering chance. For reference staple attacks for more common special types like Shadow Ball and Dark Pulse are just 80 BP with only negligibly better secondary effects.
>physical iceAre you kidding me? The few good Ice types there are are all physical attackers, every special one is mediocre or gimmicky at best. The accuracy on Icicle Crash is annoying but on the other hand you get Ice Shard. A priority move with such a strong offensive typing is absolutely amazing.
