Got a lvl 100 in a safari ball named Mandrake. His evolutions look stupid and he loses his body so i rp that he doeant want to evolve, sunny day and a eveolite with powerwhip and hes a half decent pokemon.

yeah bellsprout is based and I don't care for the evos one bit either, I feel almost like gf knew this was the best one since they literally gave him a fucking tower with bespoke sprite statues in a game where the majority of Pokemon didn't even have a unique menu sprite

kurodood is the artist. he draws all his characters like that and he's the artist who got c&d for an eevee comic, that's probably why his stuff is posted a lot. on a deeper analysis I think that style of eyes is kind of derived from female makeup styles that highlight arched eyebrows and a strong gaze, it's a masculine, powerful decoration for otherwise feminine features that you see a lot in models and what have you
