There's more simplistic Pokemon, like Voltorb.
There's uglier Pokemon, like Magmortar.
There's more unoriginal Pokemon, like Klink.
There's Pokemon that beat you over the head with their theme more, like every starter since gen 6.
But the problem isn't that Stonjourner is the worst in any single regard. It's that it's bad in so many regards and good in none.
The only redeeming quality it has is that it's not weirdly humanoid or a furry. But the fact that nobody is jacking off to it doesn't make it good. That just means there's still room to go down in gen 9.
