The 3DS' security has been blown wide open for years man. Hell it's half the reason the switch is so easily hackable too, because the retards at nintendo based the firmware off the 3DS, vulnerabilities and all. The difference this time is that they have a much itchier trigger finger for banning people if you're careless enough to go online while hacking.
