Seriously. It's litteraly the Sonic fandom but on a slightly smaller scale, bunch of people want Puyo to be different things. Some want Compile, some want Fever, most newcomers think that post-7 Puyo is their favorite. Same applies to characters. Just like people in the Sonic fandom want him to not be hueg or have blue arms, some people in the Puyo fandom want Arle's hair to be Brown instead of Orange and will bitch about it.
And some ships are litteraly forbidden. If you dare to post a Sig X Amitie piece of art, you will get assaulted by Yaoishitters saying ''wHY ISN't SiG kisSING A MAn?''
