and about the smell, I’m not really sure. I have night sweating problems but don’t smell like literal shit so not sure if it’s related. My burps and farts can smell like shit sometimes.
Don’t need to purge, I just don’t eat a whole lot all at once (poo is mostly fiber and water so it’s filling enough as is).
I’ve been to my doctor before and I don’t think his first guess would be shit-eating even if I do smell.
