How many fully evolved mons are in that tier? I thought Gen 3 NU was bad given how shit like Stantler is banned from there, but the fact that there's a metagame below even that is nothing short of incredible.

I have been a fan of Ledian since GSC. I remember being so buttmad that Ledian was dog shit that I made up an evolution for it called Lexeran, it was bug/fighting and had six arms and it was beefy as fuck and whooped ass. It had more attack power than heracross because fuck heracross. Fuckin beetleborg lookin ass.

You're right in a practical sense, but smogon tiers are based on usage.
Ditto is OU in gen 8 right now, although it realistically should be fine in every tier because it's only as threatening as the threats in the tier. Ditto can only be on par with an OU mon while it's in OU.

This is what "Stellar Puncher" does, it's like a free Choice Band, equivalent to Gen 6 Parental Bond in damage. Made sure Power-Up Punch doesn't work with this ability unless you want +4 Atk in one turn
