Flamethrower does kill Corv after a Nasty Plot, but it doesn't matter, Clefable is probably the premier check to Hydreigon in this entire meta.

Earth Power was really only used as a more reliable way of dealing with Heatran and Tyranitar than Focus Blast.

Then XY came along and nerfed Steel by removing its resistances to Dark and Ghost. So now Dark Pulse can handle Heatran, and Tyranitar can be deal with it using Flash Cannon, which is now necessary coverage for Hydreigon due to Fairy's introduction.

Pretty cool how near nothing comes could switch in safely after a single Nasty Plot boost. Clefable and Primarina are the only ones in A- and above that could switch in without being instantly killed by the right move between Draco, Flash Cannon and Flamethrower.

Hell make it Modest and Clefable has a 68% chance of being OHKOed after a boost iirc.
