Resorting to making a tulpa isn't something recommendable, the only group of people i would encourage to have one, are those who could dedicate time and passion to it, it's not something you could take lightly, for some, you are making an idea, that can act like a person, and feeding it since it's inception good thoughts makes it a positive being in your life, making it with bad intentions might make it sad and could end up just disappearing.
And in short, is an advanced and curated Imaginary friend.
If you're a busy person and have already friends to hang out with, then you shouldn't make one.
And in her own words "Why would you make a friend to just ditch it away and push it aside?".
Also, if you are a writer, and you had a few characters that are recurrent in your writing, ask yourself if you have put into perspective how those characters act in your mid, if you give them a voice and treat them like a friend in your head, you literally have made a tulpa.
People with strong bonds to a Waifu also are one or two steps away from making it a tulpa, then again the strongest thing to make a tulpa is the toughs of them existing in your head, having a personality a voice and even a purpose.
As a side note, if you're willing to make one. You're making a life long decision, your tulpa will be with you forever so make sure to not make one just to forget about it later, you will feel the sensation of it fading away and entering slumber.
