At least Arcanine can burn stuff down, so it is great for in game runs
Luxray was basically a laugh stock even in my sinnoh runs, what a shame
Like you said, only cool design, terrible otherwise.
Ampharos > Raichu > Jolteon in design imo
Jolteon > Raichu > Ampharos in battle
