Well they redesigned Steven from the watercolor all humans are kinda thick era. Cynthia doesn't NEED a redesign although she technically already had 1 in that blue shirt outfit of hers (or was that anime only?) If they did, it would be better to just get her a new outfit instead of changing her most iconic look.

I would keep her design the same, basically down to every detail, but I'd instruct the artist to make her breasts just barely larger, like such a small difference that you would need to be really paying attention to notice. We're talking a difference of 1-2 pixels, at most, something only the keenly autistic would pick up. I'd then make it a point of showcasing how her design is the same as it's always been, and brush of any assertions that her breasts are larger as just "perverse fantasies", knowing full well that people will sperg out endlessly over it.

well she was a "pokedex holder" when young, pretty much going through all that every PC goes through (I assume its the same for every champion, but I dont know if it was outright stated for them)
