Face it, Meganium fucking blows. It's absolutely the worst starter, and it holds back the Gen 2 team by being the weakest link. There is no way for it to beat Serperior, Ash-ninja, Blaziken, Charizard (Mega or no), Venusaur (Mega or no), Infernape, Primarina, Incineroar, Rillaboom, or Cinderace, which leaves it with no generation where it has a good role or even matchup.
