I'm pretty sure TPC is starting to hate Lucario. Why would they give him fucking Metal Claw instead of any other moves otherwise? Are they testing to see if Lucario fans will buy any garbage with him on it?

Hell, even Force Palm would've been preferable to Metal Claw. Even some of their $15 figures have more effort put into them, and they're charging $30 for this.
