Gardevoir is very much based upon a human female in a dress.
So it would be logical to assume it's lifespan to be about the same as a human.
Of course, there is the problem of Gardevoir being a Psychic type, which is supposed to be the supernatural - so it would also be possible for Gardevoir have a lifespan of something like 1000 years, or even natural immortality like the elves in Lord of the rings.
But I think that would contradict Gardevoirs core concept: It's designed to be a knight that forms a close bond with a human to the point that it would sacrifice itself to save its human partner. So if Gardevoir had a natural lifespan that is considerably longer than that of the average human, what would it do after the human dies? Look for a new human partner, over and over again?
I think it's more likely that Gardevoir has the lifespan of a human.
