Terrakion is weak to Fairy, Fighting, Grass, Ground, Psychic, Steel, Water which is more, are commonly/overly used types and harder for it to deal with. Terrakion's Attack is just too good to be passed on.

Cobalion resists more typings but not more better typings.
Why not as used then? Harder to synergise in teams, Airstream can be scary, less autopilot than the other two. Also Rillaboom and the need for terrain control.
