Most artists slap a vagina anywhere they see fit & don't bother to make it look like it belongs to a Mismagius--it straight-up looks like they pasted a pink human vagina on a place they thought a vagina would go on Mismagius.
I, personally, would like to imagine a Mismagius vagina would have similar placement to that of an octupus mouth.
