I'm not against the idea of defensive Ice-Types, Game Freak just needs to make Ice-Types way better defensively to make the already existing bulky Ice-Types work as defensive walls/tanks
which means giving ice many more resistances (water, ground, fairy, ect) + doubled defense in hail
