Gen 4 you would able to play around with Glare Serene Grace Headbutt in Battle Revolution but that’s never happening again due to power creep

I’m still happy I found him in Isle of Armor

I'm pretty sure I had at least one of these with me all the way to the E4 during my first playthrough of Gold, even if it was stuck at level 15 the entire time. I wanted it to be good, but even my idiot child brain could recognize that it was barely viable even in the story ;_;

Such a shame, its design is so good. Was one of those 'mons I thought was super powerful because it was on an Elite Four team in Gen III, but it just isn't very good.

It has nice bulk and decent stats for a one off pokemon. Example of how great it is in gen 2 early game would be it two (or even one) shotting Miltank with rage after double slap from Cleffairy boosting it dangerously high.
