Why doesn’t Game Freak make proper use of Pokémon in their universe? Surely it wouldn’t be hard to make side-stories of a Zoroark infiltrating human society because they found it more comfortable and secure than the wild, or have psychic types be the companions of people with special needs, or perhaps even a club for caretakers of grass types since I imagine they’d need the same TLC and needs as actual plants.

Like, seriously, all these dex entries shouldn’t be wasted on just feeding our imagination. This is Game Freak’s canvas, and they should use every paint and brush at their disposal.
