How to join:

> In MultiMC, click 'Add Instance' --> 'Install from ZIP' then select the downloaded instance

Then you're good to go, but for extra performance, you can perform the following steps:
> In MultiMC, click 'Settings' --> 'Java' and allocate as much RAM as you can manage. Try for at least 6GB (6144MB).
> Replace the contents of 'JVM Arguments' with: -XX:+UseParallelGC -XX:ParallelGCThreads=3 -XX:MaxGCPauseMillis=3 -Xmn256M -Dfml.ignoreInvalidMinecraftCertificates=true -Dfml.ignorePatchDiscrepancies=true

If you have previously downloaded ver 1.0 or 1.1 of my MultiMC instance -- upgrading to ver 1.2 is not required but it is recommended.
Lots of new performance tweaks and several new client mods. It all lends itself to a more stable experience.
Server performance has also been greatly improved in the last few hours. No more crashes and lag spikes.
