what would this change? would my boy alolan raticate finally be almost okay? if we bend the rules even more and allow him to have his kantonian counterpart's abilities too, that would give him:
> Gluttony (eats berries that are triggered by HP levels at 1/2 HP% earlier)
> Hustle (physical attack stat x1.5, but accuracy of physical attacks is x0.8)
> Thick-Fat (Fire & Ice moves do half damage)
> Run-Away (can switch out from mean look & arena trap & other trapping conditions)
> Guts (physical attack x1.5 if statused. ignores burn's reductions)
would he be okay yet? I really love my raticate.

what if, on top of that ability bullshit, his base stats were as follows:
> Hit-Points ~ 075
> Physical Attack ~ 081
> Physical Defense ~ 070
> Special Attack ~ 050
> Special Defense ~ 080
> Move Speed ~ 097
> BASE STAT TOTAL ~ 453
AND IF THAT'S NOT ENOUGH THEN WHAT ABOUT THIS SHIT?

> Stakeout (deals double damage to pokemon who are switching in)
> Strong Jaw (boost biting moves like bite & crunch to x1.5)
> Adaptability (increases STAB from x1.5 to x2)
and the last and most busted
> Totem-Boost (upon entering battle for the first time & after it causes a pokemon to faint, its physical defense is raised by one stage each time)
AND IF THAT'S NOT FUCKING ENOUGH, WHAT IF WE GIVE IT:
> Parental Bond (all damaging attacks are performed twice in a row. the second hit only does 1/4 of the intended damage)
IS THAT ENOUGH TO MAKE MY POOR ALOLAN RATICATE VIABLE? TO I NEED TO MAKE THE ENTRY STAT BOOSTS ON THE TOTEM BOOST TO +1 ON EVERYTHING, & HAVE THE PHYSICAL DEFENSE BE RAISED ONLY EVERY TIME HE CAUSES AN ENEMY POKEMON TO FAINT? WHAT WILL IT TAKE?!
