Volt Tackle and Plasmafist are the equivalent of Flare Blitz and Earthquake and would give Electric types the power to either break or not taking recoil, but all they got is Wild Charge, which would is a fine stab move, sitting at 90 base, if it weren't for the recoil. So now they have neither the breaking power nor the spammability of either. Fuck pikachu, fuck his clones and fuck signature moves. Legendaries should be the only mons with special moves unique to them
