Megas and Dynamax are in the games Megas return in the main story and Dynamax is available after the postgame. Sinnoh Pokemon will only be getting Megas and will not be getting Gigantamax forms.

Team Galactic and a new character from Galar will bring Eternatus to Sinnoh and cause a meteor shower of wishing stars. Arceus will need to use its new form to stop it from destroying the region. You can use the hand form of Eternatus after this.
You will get the Manphy egg from the Ranger games in the story now. I don't remember if Cynthia or Bebe gives it to you.
