Again, the only reason they did it was because they knew they wanted to keep Z-Moves in Alola and made that arbitrary restriction. They wouldn't have done the same thing for Dynamax if they're so intent on bringing new gimmicks to remakes.
Which again, they've never done it before. No reason for them to start now.
