Ayo, just wanted to spill some stuff I know quickly.
>Pokémon DPPt remakes will share multiple mechanics with the Let’s Go games, such as the catching and riding, but still share more in common with SwSh. The inclusion of these mechanics will be an attempt to give the game more of a personality, but the Let’s Go catching is kind of unnecessary imo
>The base game will feature all of the Pokémon currently in SwSh, but a day 1 patch will be sent out that adds every missing one back.
>Dynamax and Gigantamax will not be in the base games but are still in the code. Same goes for Mega Evolutions and Z-Moves. Despite this, Dialga and Palkia both get new forms similar to that of the Primals in ORAS, requiring the use of a held item. Right now, Giratina doesn’t have any new form, but it is being conceptualized.
>Animation quality will mostly stay the same, with some new animations made for the Creation Duo’s new forms.
>Speaking of Mega-Evolutions, they will be brought back in a WIP DLC postgame centred around Giratina. Just like in XY/ORAS, you go and collect the stones after finishing the post game and get a few during the story of the postgame. Same with Dynamax and Gigantamax, where it’ll be a small subplot of the DLC where you catch Eternatus and all.
>There will be texture quality improvements, but graphics will still be similar to SwSh.
>There is one other DLC campaign being considered centering Ultra Beasts and Necrozma, but I’m not sure at the moment whether it’ll be green lit.
