We have plenty of quiver dancers, but none with sheer force. STAB hurricane boosted by sheer force hurts like a bitch, so it's built on that. Psychic, moonblast and focus blast are for coverage. Just like nidoking, its SpA doesn't seem like much on paper but it's deceiving. The big drawback is having to choose between HDB and LO. It's not making it into OU anytime soon, but it should be enough of a threat for PU.
