said, its pretty weird that Typhlosion even gets Extrasensory in the first place since its a relatively uncommon move. It almost seems like a coding mistake.

But Typhlosion's special attack is far better than its physical attack. You wouldn't teach a physical attacker like Tyrantrum (121/69) or Bisharp (125/60) a special move having them use their inferior special attack, would you?
