Theres a website on which areas to ev train. You will want to ev train every pokemon with the macho brace. There is a lady in slateport that will give you the effort ribbon when you have max ev's.
Catch a lot of natus in the safari zone with synchronize. This might take a while. Synchronize makes the nature of wild pokemon the same as the natus nature.
You want adamant and modest the most. Whenever you catch pokemon you want them first in the party.
