I think Roserade is one of the best grass type Pokemon.

It's okay. Grass/Poison imo works better as a defensive type (i.e. Amoongus) than an offensive type since it gets walled hard by Steel or Poison mons. Weather Ball does allow for some nice coverage though if you have the right support.

Ah, then it that case I agree. I love the whole tuxedo mask vibe. Not a fan of the fidget spinner flowers, though.
