Your post uses a 2D image with a garbage filter of a 3D game, and only characters at that. Galar has good 2D images of characters too despite being a PS3 launch game from 2006. Post 3D gameplay images of your shitty Danganronpa knock off if you're going to request the awful current Pokemon games to learn from something.

The most common excuse accepted is The Pokemon Company has deadlines preventing people working under the Game Freak brand from making a mainline Pokemon game the way they want to. They're obviously struggling with 3D, so either get them the help and employees they need to make the 3D game they want or let them go back to 2D. There's no proof that this ambiguous "The Pokemon Company" is responsible for the games not being made properly, but these products are managed and built by people and something needs to change. Making it look like World's End Club is not the change it needs.
