I know nobody gives a fuck but....I did it.
Hunted for this for 4 days months ago, then quit and came back 5 days ago and have been hunting it since. What a nightmare.
I'm never going to shiny hunt again.

good job anon, genuinely. I've had hundreds of shinies over the years and the only static/gift encounter one I've ever bothered to hunt was Poipole in USUM, which took me close to a month. Treasure that thing.

I've done a lot of shiny hunting in this game too, masuda method mostly because those hunts usually aren't that bad with the shiny charm.

That right there is why I quit doing it the first time. Found out that the shiny charm doesn't work on the encounter and I just couldn't bare to go through with it

Also wanting to hunt a Turtonator, Dragalge and a Duraludon (Just because I love the orange colour windows in its G-max form)

Since then I have hunted this fucker for 4 months straight everyday, took a month long break and then started again up until now. I'm so fucking done, this is bullshit. I stopped counting after 15k, who knows how much I've encountered.

Yeah shiny hunting is fun. Took me a year of on and off soft resetting for Ho-oh in HG, and then finally get it in a car ride somewhere. Then like a year later, start hunting another shiny Ho-oh in HG and get it in like a day lol

SwSh have two particles when entering to battle, one is squares and the other stars. It was supposed that squares were going to be rare, but they fucked it up and made stars 1/16 instead of squares. Squares are 1/16 for breeding tho.
