Shut your fuckin' mouth, they'd ruin Dunsparce in a millisecond. Luvdisc, however, does need an evolution because everyone hates it and its completely useless outside of holding an item for move tutor costs.

Pretty sure Noctowl has the highest amount of "fan evolution concept" of any Pokemon out there. He's overdue at this point, he's the only regional bird that is utter shit compared to all the rest.

for some reason I thought Swellow had a stage 2, you are right. They should both get evos, actually Swellow more so because it would actually have a good stage 3. Noctowl would need a lot from an evolution
