>>48728702>You seem to be ignoring postgame,>dude the game gets good 15 hours in!>Levels don't matter in SuperYou know I'll give that Super is actually maybe better than I remember since it actually embraced its roguelike nature more than the others, though there is zero incentive to using other party members in pre-Super games, sure they gain exp like you do but by the time you finish campaign you have to use your main party for most missions and they'll be significantly stronger than anything you recruit in the wild, never mind recruiting mechanics are basically a mess too. Only reason why you ever use anything else is for those level 1 dungeons
>You need to learn to use tacticsNo, I mean it in the sense that there's only like 5 moves in this game, an attacking move, a ranged attacking move, a stat affecting move (usually worthless, unless it's raising speed then it's broken), a status inflicting move (usually worthless, unless it's attract), and a gimmick move which are mostly worthless. Most abilities don't matter either. Everything is just super samey which I get, in a sense, there's over hundreds of 'characters' unlike a traditional roguelike but fuck, maybe don't make everything recruitable and flesh out what you give to the player
>>48728720it's far better than some piece of shit storyline that further muddles the story and adds in a true true final villain out of complete nowhere who has no motive other than 'i'm evil' on top of the most disappointing assortment of dungeons other than GTI's postgame
