It's fine the way it is. Shedinja has a very specific wincon to work towards by itself and on top of that it makes your opponent respect it in team preview, even if you don't actually bring it.

Why, when it's only the ones that aren't super effective? Will-O-Wisp, Sand Storm and Stealth Rock are all moves it's weak to. Given how common they are, that seems perfectly fine to me.
