Use Cresselia in Battle Tower, it's a life saver for when you unexpectedly almost get swept. I was fighting a girl, in doubles, who has Flygon, Feraligatr, Magmortar and Empoleon, her Flygon and Feraligatr swept my Infernape, Latios and Dragonite, but Cresselia proceeded to sweep them all afterwards
