BW is already soul less as they come. It becomes dowright cringe by the post game. Every random Joe had a level 70 Rattata or something, kills whatever magic these games were supposed to have. So with nowhere to go because loser route trainers already have legendary-tier levels the devs had to give bosses 6mon compshit wannabe teams.

The rules for a pseudo legendary are exactly the following:
>3 stage evolution line
>600 bst on final form
Nothing more, nothing less. If it doesn't fit these criteria exactly it's not a pseudo and you can cry about it all you want.
