Isn't Sinnoh confirmed to be the closest region to Fiore? I understand the placement since there's plenty of Johto and Hoenn mons in the region, but I swear I read something about Sinnoh being the closest.

I can understand Kanto and Johto being a literal 1:1 of the regions in japan, but after Hoenn, even if they coincide with a landmass, I'm pretty sure they just made shit up.
