>>49523879Not sure I'd call it the worst, but it is insane how inconsistent the designs are here for how much people rag on weird designs in later gens. Just put Charizard, Arcanine, and Gyarados next to Jynx, Tangela, and Lickitung. It's fine if you like all these designs, but you can really tell they were throwing ideas at a wall to see what stuck.
