I used to think it looked super goofy but, during a recent Nuzlocke of Emerald, I popped into the battle swap tent in Slateport for free Full Heals.
Wound up grabbing one of the two Seviper sets there out of necessity and man, it really did not disappoint even if Poison is a great typing for the tent.
By the time I'd had my fill of the tent, I'd decided to break Nuzlocke rules and made sure I got a Seviper instead of using Swablu for the thousandth time.
Seviper's design has really grown on me and I even like its fangs.
I mean, I still think they're goofy as hell but that's now a positive.
Blade tail snake for the win.
