I understand this isn't a request board, but I feel the audience here would have better knowlege of what I'm talking about.

Yesterday I saw the cutest Pokemon animation! It was Akari, or some Poke-girl, with a Ralts on her lap. She was playing with them like a child, moving their arms up and down and they were both smiling. Then the scene transitions to Akari on the lap of a Gardevoir and the roles had been reversed, with Gardevoir playing with Akari's arms like a child.
