The only good thing I can say about SwSh is that they made Gyms actually feel important and hype.

Everything about it is shit. The music, the region, the Dex, the story. Even if SwSh had all the Pokémon, it'd still be the worst Pokémon game by far.

Kalos had the national dex and wasn't a good game. Alola had all of them as transferrable still and was even worse.
It's the bare minimum. The only point of contention with SWSH was how they used it to sell home subscriptions and then in the same breath said that they could improve animations despite SWSH not doing that.
