Okay, I think it would be interesting pokémon that just evolved to grow over time. Not all pokemon should be like that though.
Now the question remains, grow over time or through the level?
I think per level it would make more sense, although pokémon that don't battle frequently would stay the same size for a long time. So a combination of growing with time and by level would be an interesting solution. But leaving it naturally would take a lot longer.
