Great design honestly
Gen 4 was about evolution, it was Rowan's field of study

The whole point is pokemon were being made to evolve through unnatural means and they really became abominations
Its totally on point with the theming

Rhyperior's art and 3D model are very unflattering.
The design's not that bad, but you need to tweak the proportions like the anime sometimes does to make it better.
Thicker arms, longer tail, a body that isn't so round that the crotch nearly drags on the ground.
