Have found no reason to do so yet. Hilbert is almost always paired with physical sync nukes who tend to have only one target moves, so I prioritize the sync on them instead. I believe the only physical AoE pair I regularly use is Cynthia but she's already paired with Ingo.

do 50% more damage for the cost of an extra bar. if a unit with a 4 bar move had that skill it would probably be 5 bars but I doubt Dena would do that

Laziness probably. Though in the case of Dynamax I think they consider the Max Move animation to be the special sync animation which is why the actual sync is just filler.

Depends. It's 2% on debut vs 1.5% on rerun. In a scenario where you want at least 2 pairs from the rerun, the rate of getting at least one of what you want is 3%. If you want all 3, then it's one of the best value banners.

Make sure to inflict status aliment. Have someone who can do good damage after that. Repeat with more teams if you can't do it in 1. Sync Nukers help too. Try not to do all 3 missions in 1 go like a veteran would.

For supports, SS Blue since you already have him at 2/5. He'll get triage and wise entry which helps him tank alot. SC Lillie buffs 6 spatk/2 crit in 2 turns and maxes crit in 3 turns at 3/5.
For Strikers, maybe SS Gio if you can get him at 3/5 don't bother otherwise.
For Techs, just save since there's nothing worth it.
I recommend only using 5* candies for limiteds.

Get the sync orbs daily since you don't need stamina for it
For Gear you just wait for a 3-star gear event to get it
Strikers with a sync nuke (Haymaker, Inertia, etc.) is basically a free win in Champion Stadium once you get them 6EX-ed
