I think it's safe to say this is easily the worst set of starters so far. None of the designs look good in the slightest. Cinderace looks worse than Incineroar and had to copy Greninja's hidden ability to leech off its popularity, Inteleon looks like a bootleg water Sceptile and has probably the worst body shape out of any starter, and Rillaboom is just a normal gorilla with a green wig and drumsticks. All of the pre-evolved forms look like ass, too, with the only exceptions being Sobble and Raboot.
The gen 5 starters are probably the second worst starter trio, but they still don't even come close to how terrible the Galar starters are. If it wasn't for the fact that they're the starters from the newer generation, I seriously doubt anyone would like them.
